Network Operations Center
The Satsop network operations center provides network operations for the on-site colocation facility along with the infrastructure that spans the 1400 acres. The operations center is staffed 24x7x365 to assist customers operations.
Satsop's voice and data connections are fed from two geographically diverse routes - much more reliable than the single data pipes that feed most network centers. Priority equipment has redundant backups and the power supply is backed up by batteries and diesel generators.
TechTell Corporation manages the center and also provides outsourced network management for clients that include telephone carriers, non-profit organizations, health care, distribution groups and public utilities.

Satsop is connected to the internet via two optical fiber routes. Currently, 48 pairs of fiber optic cable are lit up which deliver an extraordinary amount of bandwidth. Data is delivered to site customers via high speed Ethernet.
Satsop can provide data services from simple network hookup to entire corporate network services.
