Tami Garrow CEO/President tgarrow@satsop.com 360.482.1602 Tami Garrow has been with Satsop Business Park since its inception and has served as President and CEO since June 2001. Before joining Team Satsop, Tami served as Executive Director of the Grays Harbor Economic Development Council, Business Development Director for the Grays Harbor PUD, Planning/Real Estate Director for the Port of Grays Harbor, and Program Manager for the State Dept. of Community Development (now Commerce). She brings 30 years of practical development experience, government relations, and creative land use planning to the Park. Tami is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound; serves on the Boards of Grays Harbor Community Hospital Foundation, Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council and WA State Rural Loan Board; and was recently appointed to the WA State Coastal Advisory Body on Ocean Policy. She enjoys exploring the desert Southwest, cooking and spending time with her family. |

Joel Rett Project Management jrett@satsop.com 360.482.1626 Joel has been with the Satsop Business Park since 2000 and currently serves as project manager. Before joining Team Satsop, Joel was the procurement and administration manager for ARAYCO, which was the construction equipment leasing arm of Raytheon Engineers and Constructors. Joel has more than 18 years of experience in construction management associated with the development of coal and nuclear power generation projects. As project manager for the Park, Joel manages many site development projects including roads, utility extensions and infrastructure improvements. Joel also manages design review and contract management for capital improvement projects, including property management duties, lease preparation, proposals, and project negotiations with Park tenants and prospective clients. Joel has an engineering degree from Oregon State University, enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sailor. |

Terri Norris Administrative Services tnorris@satsop.com 360.482.1581 Terri has been working at the Satsop site for more than 29 years, having started working for Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS) as a word processor in June of 1981. Terri continued to serve in an administrative role for Energy Northwest and joined the team at the Satsop Business Park in February of 2000. As administrative assistant, Terri supports all departments and works closely with each member of the Team. Terri is a graduate of Grays Harbor College and enjoys bowling, billiards and spending time with family. |

Ross Read Operations Manager rread@satsop.com 360.482.1699 A graduate of Perry Technical Institute, Ross brings more than 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and operations to the Satsop Business Park. Ross joined the Team in 2003 as a systems technician, specializing in controls and automation. In 2004, Ross was promoted to operations manager and oversees the maintenance and operations crew, industrial water system, wastewater treatment plant, building maintenance and telecommunications for the Park. Ross enjoys motorcycling and the outdoors. |

Nathan Hoover Project Coordinator nhoover@satsop.com 360.482.1681 Nathan is the newest team member to join the Satsop Business Park acting in the role of Project Coordinator. Before joining the team, Nathan worked hands on in the construction field and has over a decade of experience working in construction management and infrastructure developments. As Project Coordinator, Nathan oversees current site development projects, including capital upgrades, utilities and site improvements. Nathan attained his BA from Central Washington University majoring in business. He enjoys sports, music and art. |

Gail Ayres Public Relations gailbird@olynet.com 360.249.5291 Gail joined the Satsop Team in early 2010 as a public relations consultant. An award-winning journalist and public relations professional, she brings 26 years of writing and marketing experience to the team. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University's journalism program, Gail worked as a daily newspaper reporter at The Wenatchee World, The Tacoma News Tribune and The Daily World in Aberdeen, Washington. In 1995, Ayres was hired as a public relations specialist by the City of Tacoma. Now Gail operates a communications business, specializing in writing, editing and public and media relations. She especially enjoys writing feature stories and reading as well as traveling, clam digging and gardening with her family. |
